All fresh meat products are packed in temperature-controlled, food-safe packaging to maintain freshness and quality during transport.

- BLIK (for customers in Poland)
All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of fresh food products, returns are not accepted unless:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
